400 Fewer Falls Initiative

The 400 Fewer Falls initiative is a free program focused on reducing the fall risk of 400 seniors on Long Island within the next 12 months. We provide a free in-home balance assessment and fall risk analysis to address the internal obstacles and environmental factors that increase falls in the home.
